Q. I am not sure if I will be motivated enough to do it by myself without someone being present, will this plan keep me motivated?

A. Yes of course, you will be doing completely new workouts everyday so there is no chance of getting bored with the same repetitive workout. I will also set you a variety of different challenges to keep you on your toes.  I will also require you to check in with me on certain days, this is to ensure your motivation levels are through the roof.


Q. Can you do it from home and do you need equipment?

A.Workouts can be either home or gym based.  For the home programme no equipment is necessary as it will be all bodyweight exercises.  You will see better results and do more varied workouts if your choose gym based.


Q.How long does each workout last?

A. This varies from person to person depending on ability and lifestyle but its roughly between 45mins to 1 hour.


Q. I’m a very fussy eater, will there be foods I don’t like on my plan?

A. The plan is fully personalised, you will receive a pre-screener when you purchase a plan. This lets me know your likes, dislikes, allergies and food preferences etc. There will be no food on your plan that you do not like.


Q.Will this affect my social life, I like to go out with friends at the weekends?

A.No, we’re trying to make this a lifestyle change not just a quick fix.  Cutting out something completely from your diet will make you less likely to stick to it. However if fat loss is your main goal, you will have to compromise and cut back in order to achieve better results.


Q.How long will it take to see results?

A. This again varies from person to person and by how much effort you put in. If you stick to the plan 100% you will see results after the first couple of weeks.


Q.How long does it take to develop my plan and how will my plan arrive?

A.Once I have received your pre-screener I will have your plan back to you in approx 3 days via email.  You will be set up in with the advanced software for all your workouts you can start asap.


Q. How will I know if I’m performing the exercise correctly?

A. Each different exercise comes with a demo video and set of instructions on how to perform it correctly. If you are still unsure take a video of you performing the exercise and send it to me via the advanced software.  This will let me know exactly what your doing and if your form is good.
