Chia Seeds

Chia seeds have become one of the most popular superfoods, they are are a quick and easy-to-use source of protein, healthy fats, dietary fiber, minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants.  Two tablespoons of chia seeds contain 18 percent of the DRI for calcium, 35 percent for phosphorus, 24 percent for magnesium and about 50 percent for manganese.
